1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Items that are customized or personalized
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 213-230-2469 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Package Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the item to the address provided with the RMA instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet after this period, please:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Please include photographic evidence if possible. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange for the damaged/defective item.
